The site features music previews submitted from bands from all over the world, info on latest releases and videos of live performances. The radio shows will include interviews of bands in the underground metal scene, tracks from latest albums, commentary from metal experts and live calls from listeners from around the globe. On this Memorial Day, we reflect on those who sacrificed for this United States of America. And while that is a good thing, what would be even better is to put some money where your mouth is. In fact, my part-time wage slave self just made a small donation of $25.00 USD, because even though the media under reports on the injuries and casualties of the ongoing wars, I know that there are wounded soldiers coming home that could use a little help and support. The New Republican Woman’s Plea

I was just thinking about all the states that have taken advantage of the Republican sweep of state house and senate seats in 2010, to try to ban abortion, contraception, and take away personal choice. Normally, I would have some very specific comments that would decry these new ‘personhood’ laws, and trans-vaginal probes as unconstitutional and heinously evil.
