I’m no expert, but, Puerto Rico is actually part of the USA……disrespecting a delegate gains Republicans nothing.

I think that it is glaringly apparent that the GOP has to educate the “base” on basic courtesy, decency and respect.  Maybe they should use some of their evil Super PAC loot.   These chanting fools in the video must have missed the lessons they should have had on how to listen, way back in preschool.
