I am recommending this article to illustrate how even celebrities use their twitter feeds to promote right wing agendas by using the same despicable ‘slut shaming’ tactics to silence women who speak up for their rights. These ‘mean girls’ comments just serve to reinforce misogynist attitudes that all women encounter.

Certainly not the slander of an American citizen’s reputation, apparently! Rush Limbaugh, estimated worth $300 million, has built his radio career by making incendiary and hateful statements interspersed with conservative commentary on the air since the 1980′s. (Hello, “femi-nazis”, “Obama the magic negro”??)
